SAW VII: Hit or Miss?

So, now that SAW VII(Or 'SAW 3D') has hit theaters, it's time for a long overdue update. Despite leaving a wake of mixed and negative reviews, the "final chapter" in the legendary SAW franchise has pulled the film series from the grave that previous installment SAW V had dug(Becoming the second film to not make it to the number one movie in America). Lionsgate has once again made SAW the number one movie in America. But the question is, could this just be due to the curiosity surrounding the final chapter, or the fan base being truely dedicated? I'll leave my personal opinions and spoilers out of the mix until SAW 3D is out of theaters, but I think it would be interesting to hear some of the movie-goers' thoughts on the film. So, what did you guys think of the film? Was it a suitable ending to the SAW franchise? Do you think this really is the "final chapter"? Opinions on character returns?
